Customer Support Advisor

Reports to: Head of Customer Operations/CS Team Leader

The role of the Customer Support Advisor is to provide excellent customer support via phone, e-mail, letter and the internal electronic system. Liaising with internal departments, couriers and suppliers is crucial in order to solve customer queries, requiring a high level of communication. The main objective of those in the position is to achieve a response time of 24 - 48 hours to all correspondence and complaints, in order to maintain effective customer support and a satisfied consumer market. Personal and group objectives include meeting Stats that have been set by the Customer Support Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Further to this, customer satisfaction must be sustained through timely processing of bid pricing, PODs, & invoices through the order flow system. Meeting targets set by the B2B Sales & Solutions Managers are essential for the position.

Key Responsibilities, Duties and Results:

  • Provide the highest level of support to & between the Sales & Solutions Sales teams.
  • Provide the highest level of support for customer leads within the SLA, including directing appropriate leads to the sales teams, via email, phone or letter.

Security Operative 

Hours: Up to 50 hours per week (night shifts Mon - Fri)

Job Summary:

The role of the Security Operative is to protect Ebuyer and Wren Kitchens sites. This includes premises, equipment and stock as well as ensuring that all individuals on site comply with the rules and regulations set by the organisations

  • Enforce and maintain Ebuyer’s/Wren Kitchens loss prevention measures and security policies.
  • Operating all security equipment in accordance with current guidelines, including CCTV systems, Traffic Barriers and Ebuyer’s/Wren Kitchens internal security system. Check daily footage and update spreadsheets.
  • Enforcing DPA policies.
  • Reporting all security queries and equipment faults to the relevant staff members / organisations.
  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Respond to the out of hours intruder / fire alarms
  • Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information when offices / reception is closed.
  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
  • Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles out of buildings.
